            Advocate appearing for defendant no. 3 submitted that allotment of suit premises is already been granted on 03.04.2016 and the annexure II list was certified in year 2011.  Ld Counsel for pltff submitted that there is a dispute about 17 tenements in respect of same building including suit premises is pending before Honble S.C., but said order is not placed on record.
