Perused N/m which is supported by an affidavit. Also perused the reply and the documents on record. Heard Ld.advocates of both the sides. In the case in hand the MCGM has issued the notice under Section 354 A of MMC Act (Exh.L, Page 35 of the Plaint). To this notice the plaintiff has filed the reply on 11.11.2016 (Exh.M, Page 37 of the plaint). It is the case of MCGM that they had undertaken the demolition action on 29.06.2015 and 07.08.2015.
