The plaintiff wants to file summons for judgment. The Ld. advocate for the plaintiff drew my attention to the order dated 09.01.2020 passed in roznama. By the said order it was observed that the present suit is not commercial dispute and it up to have been registered as summary suit. Directions were issued to the office to register the suit as summary suit. Hence, as per Judicial order dated 09.01.2020, present matter is removed from the Commercial category. Said order directs registration of the suit as a Summary Suit.
