Order below Exh-1 The plaintiff and his advocate are absent. On perusing record, it appears that suit is filed on 11.01.2018. Defendants No. 1 and 2 appeared in the matter on 16.10.2019. The matter was adjourned for taking steps against defendants No. 3 to 5 and to file affidavit of service. As plaintiff failed to serve to defendants No.3 to 5, Therefore, suit is dismissed against them vide order dated 29.03.2025. Thereafter, matter was adjourned for taking steps by the plaintiff. The plaintiff was supposed to file Summons for judgment against defendant no. 1 and 2, however, since 02.05.2025 till today plaintiff failed to file Summons for judgment against defendant No. 1 and 2. The matter is very old that is of 2018. Plaintiff was given last chance to take steps. The plaintiff failed to take the steps. It appears that plaintiff is not interested in conducting the matter. Therefore, no purpose will serve by keeping the matter pending. Hence, I proceed to pass following order:- Order Summary Suit No.305/2018 is hereby dismissed in default. Judge -- 1 of 1 --
