plaintiff wants to reserve his right to claim damages against
the defts. for the said action. Considering above aspect
leave is granted to withdraw the suit with permission to
plaintiff to institute the fresh suit for damages against the
defts. In respect of the subject matter of this suit. Hence,
suit is disposed of as withdrawn. Consequently, NM Nos.
3305/19 and 196/20 , C/S No. 1592/19 are also disposed
off.
