This is chamber summons taken out by plaintiff to delete the name of plaintiff no.1 and to add in her place the word since her heirs are already on record. This chamber summons is also taken to bring legal heirs of defendant no.2(c) and 2(d) as defendant no.2(c) died on 08.11.2018 and defendant no.2(d) died on 11.11.2018. Notice of chamber summons was served on proposed legal heirs but they not appeared and objected chamber summons. Nor other defendants objected chamber summons. 2. I have heard plaintiff in person. 3. After perusal of death extract, it shows defendant no.2(c) died on -- 1 of 2 -- 2 CS 7719 08.11.2018 and defendant no.2(d) died on 11.11.2018. The proposed defendants are not appeared and objected chamber summons. This chamber summons is filed within limitation to bring legal heirs on record therefore, I have no hesitation to allow the chamber summons hence, chamber summons is allowed. The plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment within 14 days as per schedule. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order: O R D E R 1.
