While deciding Chamber Summons no.69/2019 this Court has already come to conclusion that Defendant/BMC has started to follow due process of law in respect of claim of Plaintiff, hence Plaintiff\''s claim for directions to Defendant/BMC to follow due process of law has become infructuous, hence suit stands disposed off on the ground that Plaintiff\''s claim has become infructuous.  Plaintiff may take necessary steps for challenging necessary legal steps for challenging the speaking orders dated 29/12/2018 and 09/01/2019.
Accordingly, draft Notice of Motion taken out by Plaintiff stands disposed off and Chamber Summons no.71/2019 taken out by applicant Pawan Kalendra Prasad Singh also stands disposed off.  Draft Notice of Motion be registered for statistical purpose.
