1. Present suit stands decreed in view of consent terms Exh.34.

ORDER BELOW EXH.34
1. The plaintiff and defendants are present in person. They have filed self attested copies of their Aadhar Card in support of their identity. They are also identified by their learned respective advocates. The Ld. Advocate for defendant has also filed Additional Affidavit alongwith ready reckoner, issued by the Sub-Registrar office, Sangameshwar, Dist. Ratnagiri, which shows the total valuation of all the properties, agreed to be given to the plaintiff as settlement. The valuation comes to Rs.54,89,185-. It is against the original claim of plaintiff for recovery of amount of Rs.41,90,000- alongwith interest.
2. Both the parties have admitted the terms and conditions of the compromise / consent terms Exh.34 out of their free will and without any pressure or coercion. The admissions and undertakings given by the parties in the consent terms are accepted. The consent terms are seen and verified. Necessary order is passed below Exh.01.
