Copy of annexure-II placed by defendant BMC on record is showing the premises bearing No.FN/F/51 is standing in the name of Anamka Prakash Kaingar (Smt. Swati Ganesh Mane) and not plaintiff. As plaintiff is not having the original document of the allotment letter dated 29.05.2019 with him, he has sought time to file the same. Considering the aforesaid facts, prima-facie it is appearing that one party is speaking false. Therefore, in order to unveil the truth on record, learned advocate for plaintiff is directed to produce the original allotment letter dated 29.05.2019 on record till next date. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to give any blanket ad-interim relief.
