Perused N/m, reply and documents on record.  Heard Ld.Advocates of both the sides.  In the case in hand, it is not the allegations of the MCGM that the shop itself is not unauthorized.  The allegations is that there is unauthorized horizontal extension in front of the existing shop by using bricks masonry wall, wooden and M S material etc.with G.I.Sheet roof. .... If the regularization proposal for any reason is rejected, then no coercive action be taken for a period of two weeks from the date of communication.  This N/m is disposed of accordingly.
