Perused the Chamber Summons which is supported by an affidavit being executed by Bhupesh Rathod. Heard Adv.for the defendant no. 1. It is a matter of record that my Ld. Predecessor on 08.01.2020 has already taken on record the say filed by defendant regarding admission and denial of the documents. Even the copies are served to the plaintiff. Hence, when the already the say is taken on record in my opinion in order dtd. 13.11.2019 needs to be set aside in the interest of Justice. Hence, I pass the following order-
