ORAL ORDER
1. Read application and heard both the sides. This is a
suit for declaration and injunction. As per order passed by my
learned Predecessor in draft Notice of motion dated 6 t h
February, 2018 ad interim relief is granted in favour of plaintiff.
However, the said ad-interim relief remains to be continued
since January-2022. At present plaintiff is started arguments on
notice of motion. Therefore, it is just and equitable in the eye of
law to continue ad interim relief granted to the plaintiff vide
order dated 06.02.2018 till next date. Accordingly, I proceed to
pass following order.

ORDER
Application is allowed as under:-
1. Ad interim protection granted vide order passed in draft
notice of motion dated 06.02.2018 is continued till next
date with direction to plaintiff to advance arguments on
next date positively.
2. Application (Exh.2) is disposed off.
