Perused the Notice of Motion which is supported by an affidavit. Heard Ld. Adv.
Girish Kedia for the defendant and Adv. Shraddha Prajapati for the plaintiff. The
previous roznama dtd.07.02.2020 speaks of that the decreetal amount will be paid
by the defendant to the plaintiff. Today the Adv. for the plaintiff has made a
statement at Bar that the plaintiff is in receipt of total amount of Rs. 17,50,000/
towards full and final settlement and the decree itself stands satisfied. This is in
consonance of previous roznama. In view of the said statement of Adv.for the
plaintiff this Notice of Motion No. 147/2020 stands disposed of as the decree itself
stands satisfied and no purpose would be served in keeping it pending. It be
removed from the board.
