2. Preliminary issue as regards the jurisdiction of this Court
to try and entertain the present suit as well as the
preliminary issue as regards maintainability of the suit in
present form is hereby framed. 3. Both the parties are
directed to argue on the point of maintainability and
jurisdiction on next date. After decision of preliminary
issue, the Notice of Motion No.4273/17 for interim relief of
injunction will be heard. Adj for hearing on preliminary
issue to 24.04.2018.
