intending to withdraw the suit unconditionally as they are
filed another partition suit bearing lodging no.699/2020.
Advocate for Defendant nos.1 to 3 have given no objection
to withdraw the suit contending that court may pass
necessary order. As Plaintiffs have filed another suit and as
they are intending to withdraw this suit unconditionally vide
application Exh.3, the suit stands disposed off as
withdrawn. Notice of Motion no.145/2020 also stands
disposed off accordingly.
