ORDER
1. The plaintiff has filed Chamber Summons for substitution of
name of authorised representative of plaintiff company.
2. It is contended by the plaintiff that, the earlier officer by name
Mr. Mikhilesh Arvindkumar Shah, Chartered Accountant filed suit in
representative capacity. Now, he has resigned, therefore, new
Chartered Accountant is appointed. Hence, the plaintiff wanted to
incorporate the name of present Chartered Accountant by name Santosh
Tukaram Bhabad.
3. The plaintiff filed Service Affidavit but, inspite of notice, nobody
has appeared. In my view, there is no prejudice would cause to the

defendant. The plaintiff is allowed to substitute the name of new
officer. Hence, Chamber Summons is made absolute. Thus, I proceed
to pass the following order.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No.68/2018 is made absolute in terms
of prayer clause A.
2. Plaintiff is allowed to made consequential amendment within
14 days from the date of order.
3. Chamber Summons No. 68/2018 is disposed off accordingly.
