It is submitted that the main suit is filed on the basis of leave and license agreement dated 28/9/2006. On perusal of said agreement , there is mention about Maharashtra Rent Control Act 1999. Considering this the notice of motion no. 3024/16 stands disposed of by framing the following preliminary issue.
