board of 18-12-2019 and 07-02-2020, but there is no reference of filing of mis.
application by the plaintiff. Mis. Application no 5/20 is not available on record of
this case. Reference of placing registered Mis. Application no 5/2020 on record
after registration in roznama has not come to the notice of this Court. As Adv.
For the plaintiff is not pressing Mis. Application no 5/20, it is disposed of with
liberty to the plaintiffs to file similar application in future if they feel it necessary.
