After hearing both the sides, it is an admitted fact that the part of the structure which was already demolished by the MCGM in view of Tansa Pipe line project specifically as per directions in PI No.140/2006, the said portion is already acquired and the compound is also erected by the MCGM.  For that affected portion the plff was already declared as PAP and his proposal of alternate accommodation is approved.
