ORDER 1.Notice of Motion No. 2422 of 2017 is hereby made
absolute in terms of prayer (a) as well as in terms of amended
prayer clause as per Chamber Summons No.50 of 2018,
subject to condition of payment of cost of Rs. 1,000/- by the
defendant no. 1 to the plaintiff. 2.Defendant to bear cost of
Notice of Motion. 3.Notice of Motion No. 2422 of 2017 is
