want of prosecution. Order below NM No. 92/19
Perused the notice of motion. None appeared for
the defendants. The suit is not registered in spite of
specific directions. Absence of parties shows that
they are not interested in pursing this notice of
motion. Hence Notice of Motion No. 92/19 stands
dismissed for want of prosecution. It be removed
from the board. Since the year 2018 the plaintiff
has not removed the objection nor has taken steps
for registration of the suit inspite of specific
directions from time to time. Therefore
unregistered suit which is on Stamp No. 16671/18
also stands dismissed for want of prosecution. It be
registered only for statistical purpose.
