This chamber summons is filed by defendant no. 1 for
amendment in the plaint.
2. Counsel for defendant submitted that in pursuance of the
notification No. REGD No. D.L.33004/99 (No. 128) dated 22.02.2017
of the Government of India, State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur has been
acquired by the State Bank of India (SBI) u/s. 35 of State Bank of India
Act, 1955 with effect from 01.04.2017. Thus, they want to amend the

title clause by making necessary amendment.
3. State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur has been acquired by the
State Bank of India (SBI). Thus, amendment is necessary for proper
disposal of the suit. It is technical in nature. It can be allowed.
Accordingly, I pass the following order.
: ORDER :
1. Chamber Summons No.43 of 2018 is made absolute in terms
of prayer clause (a)(i) and (a) (ii).
2. Plaintiff to carry out the amendment on or before next date as
per law.
