Ld. Adv. for plaintiff has filed an application for withdrawal of the suit
along with a copy of resolution dtd. 25.03.2024 of the plaintiff society.
Taken on record and marked at Exh. 5 and 6 respectively. Say filed by
other side.

On behalf of the plaintiff society Mr. Oan Rangwala who is claiming
himself to be the chairperson of the plaintiff society and who is duly
identified by Advocate Pawan Tiwari, submitted that the plaintiff society
do not want to proceed with the suit and wants to withdraw the same
unconditionally. Contents in the application are read over and explained
to the authorized representative of the plaintiff which he admitted to be
true and correct. Therefore, application for unconditional withdrawal of
suit is allowed.
1. In view of application Exh. 6 along with letter of authority Exh. 5 and
order passed on it, suit stands disposed of for want of prosecution as
withdrawn.
2. In view of withdrawal of suit, NM No. 82 of 2020 has been not
pressed. Hence, NM No. 82 of 2020 stands disposed of for want of
prosecution.
3. L. C. Suit No. 2831 of 2018 and NM No. 82 of 2020 stands disposed
off accordingly.
