Those facts in my opinion are necessary to be incorporated in the plaint for deciding the real questions in contraverse between the parties.  Proposed amendment if allowed is not going to change the nature of the suit per contra it is necessary to avoid multiplicity of the proceedings.  Hence I pass the following order-
