Plaintiff Mr. Sadashiv Shetty present before the Court and
filed pursis below Exh.4 for withdrawal of the suit. He
admitted the contents of the pursis and signature on it. He
submitted that he wants to withdraw the suit
unconditionally. Hence, pursis below Exh.4 has been read
and recorded. Defendant/ corporation gave no objection for
unconditional withdrawal. Hence, I pass following order- O
R D E R 1. L.C. Suit No.570/2019 is disposed of as
withdrawn. 2. Parties to bear their own costs. 3. In view of
withdrawal of suit, N/M No.57/2019 stands disposed of.
