Plaintiff present.
Defendant No.1 present in person and submitted that she has
already discharged her advocate by sending letter
dt.04.10.2021. Letter addressed to the advocate along with
endorsement as no objection of the advocate is placed on
record at Exh.3 by deft No.1.
Plaintiff and deft No.1 have filed consent terms at Exh.4.
Plaintiff and Deft No.1 have produced self attested copies of
their AADHAR cards as their ID proofs. Those copies of
AADHAR cards have tallied with the originals made available
by them for verification.
Original AADHAR cards are returned back and the copies are
marked as Exh.5 and Exh.6 respectively.
On enquiry, plaintiff and defendant No.1 have admitted the
contents of consent terms to be true, correct and admissible to
both of them.
It is mentioned in coloumn-2 of the consent terms that plaintiff
is withdrawing the suit unconditionally against deft No.2. In
view of said statement, suit is disposed off against deft No.2
being withdrawn unconditionally by the plaintiff. The
undertakings given by defendant No.1 in the consent terms are
accepted. In the result, suit stands disposed off as settled
between plaintiff and defendant No.1 in view of consent terms
Exh4.
Court fees as per rules be refunded to the plaintiff.
Proceeding is thus closed.
