FRSR. following order is passed in CS No.990/2016 -
ORDER
1. Chamber summons no.990/2016 is made absolute in terms of
prayer clause (a) subject to payment of cost of Rs.1000/- to each
legal heir of defendant nos.2 and 9.
2. If the cost is paid, necessary amendment be carried out within two
weeks as per the schedule annexed to the chamber summons.
3. If the cost is not paid, the chamber summons shall stand
dismissed.
In view of the order passed in chamber summons no.990/2016, the
chamber summons no.20/2018 is disposed of as infructuous.
Plaintiff is directed to serve the newly added defendants with the
amended copy of plaint and other documents before next date.
