I have gone through roznama on 13.06.2019. Matter was posted for dismissal order on that day. On 29.08.2019 adjournment application of plaintiff was rejected. For want of steps by plaintiff, matter was again kept for dismissal order on 04.11.2019 and 23.11.2019. Since very long summons for judgment is pending in this suit. Plaintiff is neither taking steps nor proceeding with the matter. On 25.11.2022 only a cryptic submission was recorded that matter was stayed before NCLT. However, this Court is of bonafide belief that there is no bar in proceeding with the matter as none of the party has placed on record any order which could operate as stay to the suit.
