Heard ld. advocate S.K.Dubey for plaintiff at sufficient
length, it is requested for amendment in plaint as speaking order came
to be passed upon filing the present suit.
2. It is strongly objected by ld. advocate Mhatre for MCGM.
3. It is to note that speaking order came to be passed on
14/12/2019. Obviously it was passed after present suit came to be filed
before this Court. According to plaintiff, impugned speaking order is
illegal and not binding on plaintiff. It is to note that speaking order is
passed after filing this suit. Therefore, it is necessary to implead as

prayed. Hence the order :
ORDER
1. Draft Chamber Summons is allowed.
2. Plaintiff to carry out the amendment within two weeks as
