except them there are no other legal heirs. Hence, in the
circumstances, in the interest of justice, delay is to be
condoned and abatement order is to be set aside. With this I
proceed to pass the following order. Order 1. Chamber
Summons No. 13/19 is made absolute is terms of prayer
clause (a). 2. Delay is condoned and abatement is set aside. 3.
The plaintiff is directed to carry out amendment, as per the
schedule to the Ch/s within 14 days from today. 4.
Accordingly Ch/s no. 13/19 stands disposed of. Matter is adjd.
to 7.02.2019 for compliance by the plff/ evidence of the plff.
