ORDER
This is a Chamber Summons taken out by the plaintiff for
permission to carry amendment in the title clause of the plaint.
The defendant has filed reply on the same and objected the
application.
2. Perused the Chamber Summons and reply of the defendant.
Heard both the advocates for the parties at the length.
3. According to the plaintiff, there is typographical error as to
the name of the defendant. The name of the defendant is wrongly
mentioned as Ahuja Properties and Developers instead of Ahuja
Properties and Associates. Therefore, plaintiff wants to carry
amendment in the title clause of the plaint as to the name of the
defendant.

4. If the amendment sought is looked into, it is merely
correction of typographical error as to the name of the defendant.
The proposed amendment will not change the nature of the suit in
any way. On the contrary, it will help the Court to decide matter
effectively on merit between all necessary parties to the suit.
5. In these backgrounds, the Chamber Summons deserves to be
allowed in the interest of justice. Hence, following order.
ORDER
1. The Chamber Summons No.1548 of 2019 is allowed.
2. The plaintiff is granted permission to carry
amendment in the plaint as per schedule within 14
days from today.
4. The Chamber Summons No.1548 of 2019 is disposed
of.
