ORAL ORDER
The plaintiff has taken out this Chamber summons to
amend the plaint as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Summons.
2 Heard learned advocate appeared for the plaintiff.
3 In brief, it is contention of the plaintiff that by Notification
dated 02.01.2019 issued by the Government of India, the plaintiff's
Bank stands merged with Bank of Baroda with effects from 01.04.2019.

Therefore, as per the Notification, all the legal proceedings, which are
pending before the various Forums, Tribunals and Courts shall continue
in the name of transferee Bank i.e. Bank of Baroda.
4 Perused Schedule of amendment filed with the affidavit in
support of Chamber Summons. Considering the said Notification, I am
of the opinion that the plaintiff can permit to amend the plaint as per
the Schedule of amendment filed with the affidavit in support of
Chamber Summons. Hence following order:
ORDER
Chamber Summons No. 8 of 2020 is allowed as under:
2 Plaintiff is permitted to amend the plaint as per the
schedule filed with affidavit in support of Chamber Summons.
3 The plaintiff is directed to carry out amendment as
mentioned above within 14 days from the date of this order.
4 The plaintiff is directed to file on record amended copy of
the plaint for Court record and for defendants till next date.
5 After filing amended copy of the plaint on record, it be
served to the defendants on required process fees.
6 Chamber Summons No.8 of 2020 stands disposed of
accordingly.
