requesting for interim injunction against defendants to direct these
defendants to hand over the possession of the flat. Today, in view of
consent terms at Exh.5, the plaintiff has withdrawn the suit against
defendants. Hence, this notice of motion is required to be dismissed
accordingly. In the result, I pass following order :-
ORDER
1. The Notice of Motion No.13/2019 is dismissed.
2. Parties to bear their own costs.
