It is submitted by adv. Hajare form the corporation that, the plaintiff has complied the notice issue to the plaintiff u/s 354 A of MMC Act dtd.13.12.2019 and reduced the hight as well extra area at maintain 101 sq.Mtr. As per annxure suit alolng with NM be disposed of.
