The plaintiff has filed Evidence Closure Pursis stating that he is
closing his evidence.
Heard both sides in NM No.5/2018.
The plaintiff in person has filed this notice of motion to permit the
plaintiff to file additional documents which were not filed earlier.
Alongwith the notice of motion, the plaintiff has also filed the list of
documents with the cause title “List of documents relied upon for
cross examination of defendant no.1(a) and 1(e)”. The plaintiff can
confront the defendant's witness directly with the documents filed
with this list, if he so desires. There is no need to file a notice of
motion for said purpose. Hence the notice of motion no.5/2018 is
disposed of with liberty to plaintiff in person to rely upon the said
documents during the cross examination of the defendant.
Ld. Counsel for defendant undertakes to file evidence of defendant
with compilation of documents on the next date.
