ORDER
1. By this Chamber Summons the plaintiff has prayed for
amendment of the plaint and notice of motion etc, on the ground that
after issuance of notice dated 22.12.2017 under Section 354A of MMC
Act, the defendant Corporation has passed further order on 28.12.2017.
According to the plaintiff due to urgency the suit was filed in hurry. By
this amendment the plaintiff wishes to bring on record the subsequent
events and make consequential prayers.

2. The Learned Advocate for the defendant strongly objected
to the chamber summons by filling reply. She also objected to continue
the order of statusquo.
3. Heard respective Advocates. Considering their submissions
it appears that the amendment is proposed in respect of subsequent
event and therefore, the same is necessary for hearing of the suit and
the notice of motion. It is proposed diligently. Thus, for determining
the real matter in controversy the following order is passed.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons no.1/2018 is allowed in terms of
prayer clause (a) and (b).
2. The amendment be carried out on or before next date.
3. The parties to bear their respective costs.
