This Court today has rejected the Notice of Motion No. 1307/2019 by a detailed order, wherein, this Court has concluded that the present suit is barred by law and the plaintiff has already approached before State Level Committee for redressal of grievance of non renewal of licence. Thus, the issues raised in the present suit cannot be dealt with by Civil Court. This Court has therefore, the plaint needs to be rejected as per Order VII Rule 11 (d) r/w Section 151 of C.P.C.
