This is an application u/s 438 Cr.P.C seeking
anticipatory bail moved on behalf of accused / applicant
Tukki Pahalwan.

complainant has joined through VC and
Sh. Ajay Kumar, Ld. Counsel for complainant
is physically present in the Court.

Ld. Counsels for applicant/accused.
Ld. Counsel for complainant and Ld. Counsel for
applicant state that they have amicably settled the matter as they
are neighbours and due to property dispute quarrel had started
but now they have amicably settled both the cross cases bearing
FIR no. 386/23 and 389/23.
IO is absent. Police file is not produced by anyone.
Let notice be issued to SHO to appear with police
file on 18.08.2023. Till then, no coercive steps be taken against
the applicant subject to joining of investigation by the applicant.
Copy of order be given dasti. Order be uploaded on
the Saket District Court website.
