IO SI Sehan Singh is absent today despite service
through DCP concerned and stated to be not available today due
to the medical emergency and he send a request letter seeking
exemption. The same is perused and allowed for today only.
Witness Nikhil Mandal is absent and reported to be
unserved through DCP concerned and as per the report on
summons, he has already left his last known address as
mentioned in the chargesheet.
Perused the report. Witness Nikhil Mandal be again
summoned through IO SI Sehan Singh for NDOH.
IO SI Sehan Singh be separately summoned through
DCP concerned for NDOH.

Witness/PW-3 Divyanshu Verma is present for his
further examination in chief. He has been examined further, cross
examined and discharged in pre luch session and post lunch
session at length.
