ponement of next date of hearing moved on behalf of the
applicants/accused Krishna Thapa and Sangam Thapa.

1. It is submitted on behalf of the applicants that bail
application of the accused/applicants Krishna Thapa and Sangam
Thapa is pending before Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and listed
for 20.08.2025.
2. It is further submitted that on 15.07.2025, Hon’ble
High Court of Delhi permitted the applicants to approach to this
Court for recording of statement of the complainant at earlier
date and due to the same reason, the present application has been
moved for pre-ponement of date of hearing.
3. Heard the submission. Perused the order of Hon’ble
High Court of Delhi dated 15.07.2025.
4. In view of the same, the date in the present case is
pre-poned and witness Divyanshu Verma and witness at serial no.
2 Nikhil Mandal be summoned through DCP concerned for
NDOH.
5. Be put up for PE for 31.07.2025.

6. Issue production warrant for appearance of accused
persons for 31.07.2025.
7. IO SI Sehan Singh be summoned for 31.07.2025
through DCP concerned.
8. The application for pre-ponment of next date of
hearing stands disposed off.
