All four accused persons are not produced from JC due to on
going assembly elections related arrangement.
Sh. Prashant Chauhan, Ld. proxy counsel for accused Sangam Thapa
and Krishna Thapa.
Sh. Paritosh Kapil, Ld. Deputy Chief Legal Aid Defence Counsel
for accused Kishan Chaudhary.
Sh. Ishwar Sharma alongwith Sh. August Kumar, Ld counsel
for complainant through VC.
Witness HC Dharam Singh, HC Manoj, are absent despite service.
Witness Divyanshu Verma is present in person. However, he is
discharged as accused are absent today due to above stated reason.
Witness Divyanshu Verma is bound down for NDOH.
Other absentee witnesses be also summoned for NDOH.
An application is pending for disposal as moved on behalf of the
accused Sangam Thapa and Krishna Thapa for releasing mobile phone on
superdari.
Notice of the said application be issued to the IO for filing of the
said application for NDOH.
Issue production warrant for appearance of accused persons
returnable for NDOH.
Be put up for PE as well as for filing reply of superdari application
by IO on 25.04.2025. Date given as requested by Ld counsel for both the
parties.
