PW-6 Sameer, Senior Manager is present.
SI Naveen Kumar has submitted that FSL result in
the matter has since been received and supplementary
chargesheet shall be filed before Court on or before NDOH.

PW-6 Sameer, Senior Manager recalled for his
further cross-examination. He is further cross-examined on
behalf of accused Sangam Thapa. Cross-examination done on
behalf of accused Sangam Thapa is adopted by accused Kishan
Chaudhary, Krishan Thapa and Aakash. PW-6 is discharged.
Witness PW-5 Nikhil Mandal is discharged
unexamined as his further examination-in-chief was deferred for
want of FSL result which shall be filed before Court shortly.

SI Braham Prakash is discharged unexamined today
at request of defence counsels as defence counsels have other
matters listed before other Courts.
Both PW-5 and PW SI Braham Prakash are bound
down for NDOH.
An application was filed by accused Aakash seeking
medical examination and judicial enquiry in respect of custodial
violence. On this application of accused Aakash, Superintendent,
Central Jail No. 1, Tihar Jail was summoned to appear in person
with CCTV Footage.
Report on behalf of Superintendent, Central Jail No.
1, Tihar Jail filed by Assistant Superintendent containing request
on behalf of Superintendent, Central Jail No. 1, Tihar Jail seeking
exemption from personal appearance. Superintendent, Central
Jail No. 1, Tihar Jail is exempted from personal appearance for
today. Copy of report supplied to Counsels for accused Aakash.
Reply perused.
CCTV Footage brought by Assistant Superintendent
concerned qua alleged incident played on computer of the Court.
Accused alongwith some other inmates is seen inflicting self
injuries after a bit bashing by Jail Official which is stated to be
on account of refusal of accused to go back to barracks in
evening time. Accused indeed was given some slaps by
concerned Jail Official for regulation but accused caused injuries
to himself by banging his head on the wall and by scratching his

head with some object. It appears that false complaint was given
by accused. Application filed by accused is dismissed with strict
warning to accused to remain careful in future failing which
appropriate legal action against accused shall be recommended in
accordance with law.
Be put up for remaining PE on 16.04.2026.
