Witness Nikhil Mandal is absent and stated to be unserved
through SI Sehan Singh as he has already left his last known
address. IO seeks atleast one month’s time to trace out the
witness and to produce the said witness in the Court on the
NDOH.
Witness Arjun is absent and pass over requested on his
behalf through counsel.

Witness/PW-4 Arjun is also present. He has been
examined further at length in pre lunch session and post lunch
session and cross examinnation on behalf of the accused persons
is deferred on the ground that Ld counsel for accused Akash is
not prepared for cross examination of the witness and Ld counsel
for accused Kishan Chaudhary is newly engaged and Ld counsel
for accused Sangam Thapa and Kishan Thapa is not available at
post lunch session.
Witness Arjun/PW-4 is bound down for NDOH.
Witness Nikhil Mandal be summoned again
through IO as noted above for NDOH.
Be put up for PE for 18.10.2025. Date given as
per convenience of Ld counsel for both the parties.
