proceeding.

for complainant.

Proxy counsel has left the Court proceeding after marking

and video during the proceeding.

has already served the summons to witness Nikhil Mandal.
Perused the report. Witness Nikhil Mandal be again summoned

Witness PW-4 Arjun has been partly examined in chief and
his remaining examination in chief is deferred for want of
complete case property. He is bound down for NDOH.
