Inspector Rajesh Sharma SHO PS Fatehpur Beri is

1. SHO PS Fatehpur Beri is present in terms of direction
of DCP South vide letter no. 23514-16/Legal Cell(D-II) SD dated
03.12.2025, as per which the DCP had directed to the SHO as well as
IO to appear before the Court today and apprised the Court about the
clarification as called vide order dated 27.10.2025.
2. The clarification filed on behalf of the DCP, as per
which the disciplinary action has been initiated against the IO SI
Naseeb Singh for filing the status report without following the proper
procedure of not getting forwarded through the Incharge of PS
Fatehpur Beri i.e. SHO PS Fatehpur Beri. The explanation is taken on
record.
3. SHO and IO are directed to remain careful in future.
SHO PS Fatehpur Beri is directed to file the status of FSL result on
NDOH.
4. Matter be adjourned as further investigation with FSL is
going on.
5. Be put up for consideration on 12.03.2026.
