In view of the Office Order No. Judl.II/F.102/South/Saket/
2022/37335-37361/New Delhi dated 22.12.2022 of Ld.
Principal District & Sessions Judge, South District, Saket
Courts Complex, New Delhi, bail roster has been assigned to
the undersigned.
Application for reduction of surety amount on behalf of
applicant-accused Vijay.
Present: Sh. Narender Yadav, Ld. Substitute Addl. PP for the
State.
Sh. Gajram Singh, Ld. Counsel for applicant-
accused.
IO/HC Dharampal with police file.
I have heard detailed arguments and have perused
the record carefully including police file.
The verification report of the IO suggests that the
family members of the applicant-accused have disowned him.
They all belong to poor socio-economic background. Ld.
Counsel for the applicant-accused submits that one Praveen Devi
is a friend of the applicant-accused who intends to marry him is
making efforts to arrange surety amount for the applicant-
accused.

Ld. Substitute Addl. PP for State assisted by the IO
has opposed the application on the ground that applicant-accused
has two other similar involvements. The other two FIRs No.
722/2022 and 756/2022 also pertain to PS Mehrauli.
Be that as it may, the applicant-accused belongs to a
poor background. In these facts and circumstances, the
personal bond amount and the surety amount in bail Order
dated 02.12.2022 is reduced to Rs. 10,000/-. Other conditions
in bail Order dated 02.12.2022 in case FIR No. 761/2022 PS
Mehrauli of Ld. MM-05, South shall remain the same.
The present application for reduction of surety
amount on behalf of applicant-accused Vijay stands disposed
accordingly.
Copy of the Order be given dasti to Ld. Counsel for
applicant-accused. Copy of the Order be supplied to the Jail
Superintendent concerned and IO.
