Present: None for the DH.
Notice issued to the JD not received back. No report
regarding registered post/speed post/courier.
Fresh notice is issued to the JD at all the addresses
on filing of PF, Postage, within the next seven days returnable on
the next date of hearing.
Service be also effected by way of Registered Post,
AD, Speed Post and authorized courier. The DH is directed to file
tracking report with the postal receipts and the supporting
affidavit/certificate on the next date of hearing. The e-mail
address and mobile no./contact no. be also furnished with the PF
and notice be served to the JD also by way of e-mail/whatsapp
and the DH is directed to file the supporting documents with
relevant affidavit before the next date.
In case the JD refuses to take service of the notice or
the is not found available at the given addresses, the serving
officer is directed to affix a copy of the notice on the outer
door/conspicuous part of the premises and this be mentioned
specifically on the notice (taken by way of ordinary process).

been received back and is put up by the Nazir. As per the said
notice, the premises were found locked and on contacting the JD,
he refused to receive the notice. The abovementioned order be
complied with.
