Matter is fixed for report of notice.
Notice issued to the JD qua the application for warrants of arrest
is received back with report that JD informed that the notice is already
received by way of post and therefore and he cannot accept the service by
ordinary mode and refused to accept the same. Considering the refusal,
notice is deemed to be served as ordinary mode.
Let the JD be awaited till 11:30 am.

execution of warrants of arrest.
Be put up for appointment of bailiff before Ld. ACJ on
28.11.2025 and before this court on 18.12.2025.
DH to file an affidavit alongwith PF on record that there is no
stay as on date. The bailiff is to enquire about any stay before to carrying the
execution.
