Naib of PS Madhu Vihar has apprised that IO is before the
Hon’ble High Court of Delhi today.
Status report filed by deputed IO. Copy supplied.
On perusal of the status report filed by deputed IO, it is seen
that nothing has changed from last status report filed in September, 2025.
Copy of this order be sent to DCP concerned who is hereby
apprised that FIR pertains to year 2023 and investigation in the present
matter is going at a very slow pace which is not reasonable and nothing
substantive has taken place for more than six months in the present matter.
DCP concerned is directed to ensure that investigation in the present
matter is conducted expeditiously and necessary directions may also be
passed by the DCP concerned to ensure expeditious investigation and
appearance of IO on NDOH before this court.
Let notice be issued to IO with direction to remain present on
NDOH with case diary and latest status report.
Put up for appearance of IO and filing of report on
13.02.2026.
