prima facie there are sufficient grounds for presuming that the
accused has committed an offence under Section 25 Arms Act.
Separate charge framed and explained to the accused, who has pleaded not
guilty and has claimed trial.
Vide separate statement of the accused under Section 294 CrPC, the
documents i.e. the FIR, certificate under Section 65B of Indian Evidence Act and DAD
